Nancy Davidoff Kelton does an excellent job of covering all the bases. The chapters are short and to the point. Her advice and the exercises are very helpful. I especially loved the examples of her students. I realize the goal of the book is to turn your personal work into profit. That's not were I'm going with my personal writing, but her advice is great even if you are not writing to sell.
