And here I was looking for information relating to modifications to sono-fusion / cavitation experiments involving bombarding bubbles with ultrasonic waves and directing an arc of electrons or ionic beams into it at precises moments before cavity implosion occurs to inhibit counter expansion momentum and boost ionization.
According to this, all I have to do is put an electric arc in some water. How convenient.
