Theory of structures as content-free building blocks of lessons, and activities as structure/content combinations. Book's chapters contain structures with common objectives, such as teambuilding and thinking skills, followed by lesson designs. Aim is to provide students with interpersonal skills, as preparation to act adaptively in the workplace.
