This is a very nice book for beginning Jiu Jitsu students since it covers the most important (basic) moves. I have always recommended it to my new students who want a portable Brazilian Jiu Jitsu study guide. Even as an instructor, I will sometimes go back to it when planning lessons to ensure I haven't forgot to include a basic move.

Review: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Theory and Technique

User Review  - Richard Ty - Goodreads

It's a good book if you just started jiu jitsu or are a beginner. This was my first book i bought about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu years before i started training. I bought this one just out of curiousity. It did help me out a bit getting my blue belt, because it's so easy to understand. Read full review
