About the author (2010)

Daniel Reisberg , author of the best-selling text Cognition: Exploring the Science of the Mind , Third Edition, is Professor of Psychology and chair of the department at Reed College in Portland, Oregon. Professor Reisbergās research has focused on the nature of mental imagery as well as on peopleās ability to remember emotionally significant events. He has served on the editorial boards of many of the fieldās journals, including a recent term as Associate Editor of Psychological Bulletin .
