About the author (1996)

Harvey MacKay graduated from both the University of Minnesota and the Stanford University School of Business. Currently, MacKay is chairman and CEO of MacKay Envelope Corporation, and a syndicated column writer for United Features. He is also the past president of the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce and the University of Minnesota National Alumni Association. His book, Swim With the Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive was on the New York Times Bestseller List, and was also rated the best business book of 1998.
