The result of fifteen years of exhaustive research, The USA TODAY College Football Encyclopedia is without question the most comprehensive resource on college football ever set to type. Authors Bob Boyles and Paul Guido love college football with a passion, and undertook to pore through more than 4,000 media guides, watch thousands of hours of game films and read through just about every book ever published on the game to bring this massive reference to fruition.

I ordered this book because I needed to obtain week-to-week coaches poll rankings going back into the 1990s and 1980s. In the on-line preview of the book the USA Today coaches poll results are shown under the weekly summaries of games played in a given week of a given year. However, when the book arrived, it has AP week-to-week poll results - not coaches poll results as is shown in the on-line preview. Is there an AP week-to-week poll version and a coaches poll (USA Today) week-to-week poll version of this book? I can't imagine that there is, but if so I was sent the one I didn't want. That is very frustrating. What you see in the on-line preview ought to be what you get when a book arrives.
