About the author (2000)

Dr. Morris is Professor Emeritus, the University of Iowa. His previous works are professional and scientific. This is his sixth work of fiction. He is a native of Stewart County, Tennessee, and now lives in Tucson, Arizona.

Spriestersbach was vice president for educational development and dean of the Graduate College at the University of Iowa from 1965 to 1989.
