This is a very useful book. I bought it when it cropped up when I searched Alexander tecnique as a tag used by others. The description of body mechanics is very clear, and the written Alexander technique instruction is as good as I've seen. Work with a very good Alexander therapist would be best, but some of the information here is more than I got from my work with Alexander teachers-in-training or with little experience. It's very worth reading and keeping about to refresh body use knowledge.
