To dismiss a whole group of people is very arrogant. And to not learn from the past is to
be doomed to repeat it. The Patients' Bill of Rights came out of the psych abuses that occurred
in the 60
's and 70's and are used today in psychiatry and medical situations. So I don't think
that the spirit of the book is dated.
