Review: Lick the Sugar Habit

User Review  - Rachel Carr - Goodreads

Excellent education on the dangers of sugar in your diet. A bit dated on the research, but the science and recommendations hold true. Wish I could cut my sugar habit, but it's not easy. Read full review

Review: Lick the Sugar Habit

User Review  - Jillian Getting - Goodreads

A bit dated and some of the claims are extreme but the overall point is sound - we eat too much sugar and it's hidden everywhere. If this book were updated I'm sure the stats would be even more terrifying. Eat clean, eat veggies, read labels. There you go. Read full review
