I read this book as part of a literature course I took at the university. It was my first introduction to Milan Kundera; forward on, I read other works of his. This simple assignment in a literature course opened up new vistas of international writers, especially Milan K., and differing perspectives on life. I definitely give this book a 10/10; you will enjoy reading; I certainly did.
