Textbook on Labour Law has, in its seventh edition, been updated to include the wide-ranging provisions of every statutory development since it was last published. It includes the most up-to-date Employment Bill and the relevant cases in this fast-moving area of law. The book should prove to be of value to both those studying for law degrees and to students coming to the subject for the first time on business courses. Whilst exploring the practical aspects of labour law, the author also examines the theoretical issues.
