About the author (2005)

ASHLEY RICE is a writer/illustrator of books and greeting cards, which makes perfect sense since she created her first greeting card at age ten. Since then, Ashley has gone on to graduate Princeton University and is currently working toward completion of her MFA in Creative Writing at Emerson College. Ashley lives in Texas where she is working on her next nonfiction book, as well as a novel.
