Uniform Commercial Code In A Nutshell
Reduces the information found in the 800-plus pages of text from the official 1990 Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) to a workable size. Wherever practicable the actual language of the Code and its comments have been used. This Nutshell covers the process of selling, payment, negotiation, shipping, storage, financing sales, and leasing of goods.

good overview, a little slim on the detailsUser Review - Overstock.com
I expected that actual portions of the UCC would be printed in here, but I was wrong. Still a good overview book. Also good when you need to skim a topic to find out what sections of the the UCC actually apply and cross-reference. Unfortunately, I have to read the book along with the UCC.

Not thrilling, by any means, but will give an outline of the UCC; hits major points. Read full review
