Review: Two Little Monkeys

User Review  - Matthew - Goodreads

Two monkeys, Cheeky and Chee, see something in a brushpile on the savannah and run for a tree. They climb into the tree, see a jaguar, and head for safety. The story is told in verse and the illustrations are light and fun. This would be right for young readers. Read full review

Thank you Mem Fox for making a non-anthropomorphic book with animals in their natural setting! Those are so hard to find (and I'm looking for some for a natural museum worker for their storytime). It's a fun read and will help kids learn. Shhhh. Don't tell them. Read full review
