A Delightfully Intriguing ReadUser Review - Overstock.com
I must confess I am a San Francisco girl now living in So. Cal. so it was easy for me to visualize all of the neighborhoods and areas mentioned. So it added to my fondness of the book. I found the book to be intriguing with some fresh new characters. I loved the banter of the characters and the knowledge and reference of flowers. Even though the subject matter wasn't warm & fuzzy it was a great insight to our all too often victims of the foster care system, and the emotional reality of the young people it effects. The devestating psychological scars it can leave and with some understanding, patience people it can be over come. The story moves along nicely with a great unpredictable ending that I hoped for. ...
