Addiction is often presented in a dry, academic manner as the reality of addiction bleeds and screams from the sidelines. This book presents academic material while allowing opinion to be added to the debates discussed. To me, this is refreshing and alive and while I don't always agree with Doweiko, I was happy to have the topic given a 3D working! Heartily recommended.
