Pretty much my favorite cookbook for veggie dishes or menu items to build a full meal around. gradually i've adapted most of them but the caponata with toasted pine nuts - then served over linguine is spectacular and a wonderful compliment to fine wines. Sven Alstrom, Lawrence, Kansas
