This book is very hard to understand. I would suggest having an advanced knowledge in organic chemistry, biochemistry, and microbiology. The wording in the book is dry that uses excessive amount of acronyms for enzymes. I had to have a dictionary with me at all times. I feel the authors could have made this book easier to understand.
