Great Value!
This is probably the single most helpful publication that I have found to assist Maritime Academy Cadets, (Deck) in preparing for their Coast Guard License Exams. I used it for all my
exams from, Second Mate thru Master and later as a quick reference for teaching at a Maritime Academy.
I think there is an error in one of the API formulas, but it may be corrected in this edition, however this publication places most everything necessary for Deck Officers into a single convenient format at a very reasonable price.
