About the author

Writer Heather Graham grew up in Dade County, Florida. She attended the University of South Florida at Tampa, majoring in theatre arts, which allowed her to tour part of Asia, Africa and Europe as part of her studies. After college, she performed in dinner theatres, modeled, and worked as a waitress and a bartender. After she had her third child, she decided to write full time. Graham's first book was When Next We Love, but One Rode West was her first book to reach the New York Times bestseller list. She has received several awards, which include over twenty trade awards from Romantic Times and Affaire de Coeur, bestseller awards from B. Dalton's, Walden Books, and Book Rak, and several Review's Choice and People's Choice awards. Herather's novel, Deadly Fate, part of the Krewe of Hunters Series, made the New York Times Bestseller List in 2016. Romance author Marilyn Pappano has written about forty books and has received numerous awards including the Maggie Award, Romantic Times magazine's Career Achievement Award, and mulitiple Reviewer's Choice Awards. Annette Broadrick was born on November 26, 1938. After her youngest child graduated from high school, Broadrick decided to try writing a book. In January 1984, she sold her first manuscript to Silhouette. She has been a full-time writer since then, with over fifty books published by Silhouette. Her titles include Daddy's Angel, Instant Mommy, and The Man Means Business. She has also written several series including: Men on a Mission Series, Brandon Sisters Series, Crawford-Duncan Series, Max Series and Sons of Texas Series. She has also won several literary awards such as 1984 nominee for Romantic Times Magazine's Best New Authors of the Year, Romantic Times Reviewers' Choice Award Winner for Best in Series, Romantic Times W.I.S.H. Award winner, and Romantic Times Lifetime Achievement Award winner for Series Romantic Fantasy.
