Like all books by Jak Mallman Showell, this is well worth buying and reading. It is specifically about the tactics the German U-Bootwaffe invented after the war started and they had enough U-boats to create wold packs although that is a phrase the Allies used. The Germans never used it themselves. Read full review

About the author (2002)

Showell is the son of a former Kriegsmarine U-boat man who was killed in the Battle of the Atlantic in 1944.
