About the author (2000)

Thomas M. Grubb is a management consultant specializing in merger integration and organization performance. His clients include IBM, H.J. Heinz, Kao, Duron, Roche Laboratories, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals, and the U.S. government. Prior to starting his consulting practice, he was a manufacturing manager with Procter & Gamble.

Cole was a son of a CIA operative, and was raised in Europe, the Middle East and Far East, attedning nearly thirty school in thirty-two countries. He has been a full-time writer since 1979.
