About the author (1992)

Miller completed his 21st year as an instructor at DeVry Institute of Technology in June 1999. He received his basic electronics training from the Navy in 1962 at the Great Lakes, Illinois training center. After leaving the Navy, he spent 14 years in the field as both an Electronics Technician and Junior Engineer. He holds a BSEET from DeVry and an MSEET from Arizona State University.
