This is exactly what I've been searching for. An exercise in the Heidelberg Catechism. I've been seeking a useable curriculum for our 3-4th grade s.s class. It has good and simple explanations along with interrogatives which draw out deeper thinking, without being overwhelming. It is in the old English, which I'll secure a copy of a trusted modern translation to use for memorization.

But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church : but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
