My wife is pilates instructor, and she was looking for a professional book and this is it. Has a lot of explanation and figure, this book highlight concept and postures, giving key point which make the excercises fluently. The only drawnback is that she has to complemented with another 2 books to relate exercises with muscles, because the book is ntot specific on it.
