Excellent approach to a moderately low-carb diet and metabolic healing. I eventually found I had to limit carbs more strictly than Schwarzbein recommends to lose enough weight, though. Read full review

Diana Schwarzbein, M.D., is a leading authority on metabolic healing. She founded The Schwarzbein Institute of Santa Barbara in 1993, where she specializes in diabetes, osteoporosis, menopause, and thyroid conditions.
