I AM NOW 63 AND STILL RUNNING......WON FIRST PLACE IN LOCAL 5K AGE GROUP......I RAN A 1:39:20 25k AT AGE 35 ON 35 MILES A WEEK DOING THE VANAAKEN METHOD AND I WEIGHED 185 LBS AND AM 6FT. 2 INCHES TALL.
