Where's My Mom?

Front Cover
Candlewick Press, Apr 1, 1996 - Mothers and sons - 32 pages

Waking from his nap, a child wants his mommy. Is she in the bathroom? Is she behind the curtains or in the garden? Is she in the refrigerator with the strawberry jelly? Where can she be? In her bed he spies a lumpy shape. There's mom, sound asleep--but not for long! "A story that subtly manages to defuse the common anxiety children harbor about being separated from Mom".--KIRKUS REVIEWS.
