I was doing my research about Founder and director of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Joshua Rosenthal and read his article about "12 steps to boost your health for life", posted on July 24, 2009 but my discovery was at the end of that article... I came across of Mr. Mankovitz's reply with remarks that ,"...there is a diet that does fit all, and it has been proven by the largest "clinical trial" in the history of our species. It was designed by nature, and is set forth in the books "The Original Diet" and "The Wellness Project." I was curious enough to go to his link and read "The Wellness Project" from cover to cover. His numerous experiments and investigations are well done and shouldn't be ignored by the public. If people would only follow your advice... medical insurance companies would be bankrupt. Who needs healthy and educated clients, they can't be permanent patients. Bravo Mr.Rocket Scientist! Quiet stunning book!
