I have read mixed reviews of this book on other sites and was interested in purchasing the book for our extensive sacred sex library at our tantra centre based in the UK.
Having read many
different texts I can honestly say that this book is an excellent introduction into various tantra techniques that are available from around the world. The author has been able to explain many different aspects of tantra in a simple way and backs this up with suitable literature references. She also includes many references to videos, books and CD's and links to hundreds of different web sites on tantra. This also includes in many cases, an opinion on how a particular book or web link is useful and this is really helpful to tantrika's who are wanting to explore other tantra techniques or to get an overview of what else is available from different teachers and centres from around the world. My only criticism is that the book covers such a wide range of topics, that some areas are dealt with in a superficial way.
Having sex that there is still sufficient detail in most cases for the reader to learn about, for example, developing whole body orgasms or in the case of men, to learn to become multi orgasmic. A highly recommended book.
