Before I read this it was impossible for me to make manga or comic style drawings. Now I can make illustrations and portraits of those styles without too much difficulty. Other manga books didn't help at all anyone who wants to draw should look through it. Read full review

About the author (2004)

David Okum has worked as a freelance artist and illustrator since 1984. His manga work has been published since 1993 and he currently runs after-school comic book workshops for students to learn the craft of creating comics.
