Although the images of the infants in costumes were charming and adorable, I preferred the natural photos of parents gently holding their children. There were a couple of photos that I wondered what the hell she was thinking, but otherwise a very sweet book. Read full review

About the author (1999)

Anne Geddes is one of the world's most acclaimed photographers. Her love of children has led her to create a range of extraordinary and loving photographic images that have been the inspiration for over 50 books published in 21 languages. Her "New York Times" best-seller Down in the Garden, published in 1996, and her 1998 best-selling retrospective Until Now have enjoyed critical and public acclaim in more than 50 countries. Australian born, she now lives in New Zealand.
