the description of how the border port works is a bit confusing
there is a video on youtube that clearly shows that a port write OUT can be modified to occur one tstate earlier or later - this moves
the 8 pixel ong line in the border slightly to the left or right
please do you know anyone that might help to explain this see vid;

help im pretty sure we can squeeze 16 colours per scan line using hmpr bit 5&6
even if we have to pretend we have a DMA
