Review: Healing from Trauma: A Survivor's Guide to Understanding Your Symptoms and Reclaiming Your Life

User Review  - Rosa - Goodreads

Read it if you need it! This is a keeper! This book is excellent. She goes over how to pick a therapist and it is right on the money. There are a lot of wounded warriors out there that wound instead of help heal. Pick wisely! Do not be afraid to keep shopping. You are worth it! Read full review
