This was just OK. It's more like a work book, so if you want to really spend some time working on yourself, this is the book for you. The second half is really geared towards readers who are currently undergoing health issues. Read full review

Herbert Benson, M.D., is Associate Professor of Medicine at the Mind/Body Medical Institute of Harvard Medical School; chief of the Division of Behavioral Medicine at the New England Deaconess Hospital; and founding president of the Mind/Body Medical Institute. He is the author of more than a hundred scientific publications and four books, including The Relaxation Response and Your Maximum Mind.
