I got this book after it was sent to me from hospitality equipment company SIlver Chef for Free.
I couldn't complain about the price, but the book was actually very helpful. Some things required more investigation of course, but for the most part it was extremely helpful and highlighted all the tips and considerations for starting a cafe. Would recommend for anyone looking to move into the hospitality business. Lots of things I hadn't considered and helped us avoid some pretty obvious mistakes.
