About the author (1997)

An Award winning writer, television personality, and author, Leslie Kenton was born in California and is the daughter of jazz musician Stan Kenton. After leaving Stanford University, she moved to Paris, then settled in Britain, where she worked for fourteen years at Harpers & Queen and raised four children.
          
Leslie's writing is internationally known and has appeared in Cosmopolitan and Vogue. She is the author of many books on health, diet, and fitness, including Endless Energy, The New Joy of Beauty, and Lean Revolution.
