Tony Wagner is codirector of the Change Leadership Group at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the author of "Making the Grade".

Robert Kegan is the William and Miriam Meehan Professor of Adult Learning and Professional Development at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Lahey is a Harvard-educated adult development psychologist.

Ark is Executive Director, Education, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
