I found this book to be very informative. It is not recommended for the beginner programmer but for the more advanced programmers, it is definitely worth the read. It deals with some of the more advanced data structure topics in an easy to understand method.

About the author (2003)

The author is an independent programmer with a primary interest in computer games. He started programming in 1989 when his parents purchased a book explaining how to program text adventure games in BASIC. He started using GW-BASIC in 1989, moved on to Visual Basic 4 in 1995, QBasic in 1996, and learned C++ in 1997. Other languages he has experience with are: Java, Scheme, ML, Prolog, and Erlang.

He began working on a degree in 1998 at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and is currently working on finishing my Bachelors in Computer Science at the University of Buffalo. He has also written a chapter in the book "Game Programming All In One" by Premier Press.
