About the author (2006)

During his tenure at Yahoo! (1999-2004), Harmon aided in the development of a myriad of fantasy sports games, including the introduction of the now wildly popular Fantasy Football games. As the chief intermediary between participants and production/engineering, he was responsible for creating the online help content and for scripting the baseline responses to user queries. All the while, Harmon participated in production meetings regarding new releases, feature enhancements and competitive analysis. Harmon has been a long-standing member of the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA), which serves as a sounding board and gathering place for industry professionals to discuss salient issues affecting the expansion and promotion of the space and to encourage the exchange of ideas and partnering between companies.
