This is a challenging book to read.
Although it is classified as Fantasy, it is more an excursion into surreal encounters.
The book is divided into four Parts. Three main Parts and the Fourth acting as a type of Epilogue.
Characters exist in two main places, "our world" and a "fantasy world".
The main character switches between the two worlds regularly. Many of the characters in the fantasy world are well known to the main character and are not introduced to the reader in the normal manner. They show up, start interacting with the main character and the reader has to figure out the details for themselves.
This book made me remember small details of my life, memories were stirred to the surface by the strange imagery of the author's writing.
