Read 'Scanners Live in Vain', his first sf story. Creative but bizarre. People talk in an almost operatic fashion. Well, it was written in 1950. Scanners can't feel their bodies, but there are control boxes. I remembered 'The Game of Rat and Dragon' had cats and people in space. Read full review
