About the author (2009)

Albert C. Todd III (19502005) was a partner of Todd & Johnson, L.L.P., in Columbia, South Carolina. He received a B.S. degree in industrial management from Clemson University, a juris doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and a master of laws in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law. He served as chairman of the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of the South Carolina and Richland County Bars and the Specialization Advisory Board for Estate Planning and Probate Specialty Certification.

William M. Reynolds is Professor of Curriculum Studies in the Department of Curriculum, Foundations, and Research at Georgia Southern University. He has authored, co-edited, and co-authored books including Reading Curriculum Theory: The Development of a New Hermeneutic (1992), Understanding Curriculum as a Phenomenological and Deconstructed Text (1992), Inside/Out: Contemporary Critical Perspectives in Education (1994), and Understanding Curriculum: An Introduction to the Study of Historical and Contemporary Curriculum Discourses (1995).
