María Villegas is a Colombian chef, with an innate passion for good eating, traveling, books, and the history of culinary cultures. She has a degree in Haute Cuisine and Pastry from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and a degree in Restaurant Administration and Management from Parson’s University in New York.
