About the author (2008)

Susannah Marriott is an ardent believer in the importance of relaxation. She lives in Cornwall where she combines a busy life writing, lecturing and looking after her three daughters with teaching yoga and taking long seaside walks. To relax she practises yoga, grows vegetables and dances to very loud jazz. Her writing has appeared in Weekend Guardian and The Times, Zest, Shape, Top Sante, She and Junior and she has broadcast on BBC Radio 4.
