About the author (2008)

Susannah Marriott lives in Cornwall where she combines a busy life writing, lecturing and looking after her three daughters with teaching yoga, long seaside walks and travelling around Europe in a camper van in search of Celtic festivals, spas, good food and yoga . Susannah is the natural anti-ageing contributor to the new UK anti-ageing magazine Total Makeover and the author of several books on the subject including: Look Younger, The Big Sleep, Art of the Bath and Va Va Voom Yoga.
