I found this book on a sale shelf in a nearby Barnes and Noble...it's really funny in its simplicity. All of those crazy things I spent so much time being terrified of, (for example), large spinning metal blades hanging over my head to circulate airflow, are actually as dangerous as I feared. Both comforting and a giant step backwards in therapy circles around the world.
