This book was extremely helpful in aid of myslef to refund my itouch that recently went wrong. The shop HMV sold me and ipod touch and refused when asked to give me a refund so I read the refunds terms and conditions and it was the reason that I got my money back. I wrote a strongly worded letter and within a few weeks I had got a repayment option and a replacement option. I decided to write to the main advisor of HMV in London and was successful and I would have found it extremely hard if not for this helpful book that told me how to word my letter. Although it was difficult I persivered and I was rightly refunded. Many thanks Henry Curtis-Williams
